The good news is that you don't need to wipe your data before bringing your device to us, except if you've opted for a Genuine Apple repair or are having your Google Pixel 6 repaired under warranty. For all other devices, you can send them to us as they are, and we'll take care of everything, ensuring your device is in safe hands.
