Repairs

We offer express repairs, with most completed in-store within 30 minutes. Tablet, laptop, and postal repairs may take 48-72 hours. Our team strives to return your device looking like new as quickly as possible. Severe damage may take longer to ensure top-quality results.

We strongly recommend backing up your device before visiting us. In the worst-case scenario, we may need to contact you for approval to wipe your data if the repair requires it. The good news is that you don't need to wipe your data before bringing your device to us, except if you've opted for a Genuine Apple repair or are having your Google Pixel 6 repaired under warranty. For all other devices, you can send them to us as they are, and we'll take care of everything, ensuring your device is in safe hands.
